Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Works

Tender description

This project entails the installation of a new emergency lighting, installation of a new fire alarm system and installation in the main school building and the stand alone Gym building as indicated on the drawing. The main school building and stand alone Gym building have an approximate floor area of 4000m². The scope of the works will be as follows: • Decommissioning and removal from site of the existing fire alarm system within the main school building and the stand alone Gym building. • Decommissioning and removal from site of the existing emergency lighting system within the main school building and the stand alone gym building. • Decommissioning and removal from site of the existing emergency light fittings and existing cabling. • Supply and installation of a new main fire alarm new fire alarm repeater panels as indicated on the drawings. • Supply and installation of a new emergency lighting system as indicated on the drawings. • All associated electrical works as indicated on the drawings and detailed in the specifications. • All builders’ works associated with the above. See ‘Builders Work Schedule’ in ‘Volume C1 – Pricing Schedule’ for further details. • Acting as Project Supervisor Construction Stage for the project. • Acting as COVID-19 Compliance Officer for the project. • All works will be carried out in compliance with current health and safety and COVID-19 regulations. • Any other works associated with the works as identified on the drawings and the specifications. • All other items as indicated in drawings and detailed in specifications.
