Tender description

River Clyde Homes are looking to procure an experienced and competent company to repair, service and replace MVHR units and fans. River Clyde Homes are looking to procure a competent and experienced company to undertake the servicing, maintenance and replacement of MVHRs and low rise and high rise fans. Each MVHR unit requires to be serviced twice per year. Low and high rise fans require to be serviced once per year. The servicing requirement is detailed within the attached Pricing Schedule. The successful bidder must be BPEC accredited and adhere to 18th edition IEE wiring regulations.
