Tender description
Provision of External Audit Services for Connexus Homes Limited and its subsidiaries. Lot 1: The aim of this tender is to appoint a single organisation that can provide external audit services for Connexus Homes Limited (the parent) and its subsidiaries as follows; One design and build company A Property Company A “for profit” maintenance company One treasury vehicle One Annual audit and one interim audit and associated support and advice will be required for all companies, as well as attendance at Connexus’ Audit and Risk Committee and Connexus Homes Limited Board meetings as required. Additional information: The proposed start date of this contract is 1st January 2022; Connexus will require services from this date.
