Expressions of Interest for 24 Hour Live-In Care to support with Discharge to Assess in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough

Tender description

This is an opportunity for live-in care providers to submit suggestions as to how they could help support hospital discharge of adults with care and support needs across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC), Peterborough City Council (PCC) and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are working together to support the community and wider health system in the current pandemic situation. Provision must be available within the boundaries of Cambridgeshire County Council or Peterborough City Council. Funding for this work is available until 31/03/2022 and final decisions as to the offering of temporary contracts will be made by Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group as fund holders.
