Tender description

The works comprise the construction of a single storey Endoscopy Unit, of 1201.2 Sqm and the construction of a single storey extension to the existing hospital to provide 16 No. beds for a Stroke Rehabilitation Unit, of 1439.3 Sqm and all associated site development, including a link from the proposed Endoscopy Unit to the existing hospital, alterations to road layout and parking, upgrading of landscaping and amenity areas associated with the proposed Endoscopy Unit and Stroke Rehabilitation Unit extension.
