Tender description

The London Borough of Lambeth (LBL), in return for paying a hire fee require a concessionaire to plan, promote and produce a series of annual winter events including the possibility of the provision of a Fireworks style event for up to 40,000 people and a New Year's Eve private hire event to hold between November and January of each year - This is for these months only and not for any other times of year. Location is Brockwell Park London. Contracts are for a 4-year period commencing 2022, with a possible 1-year extension. NO SUBMISSIONS RECEIVED THEREFORE CONTRACT WAS NOT AWARDED
