Tender description

The majority of the BFI's activities have some digital expression, addressing a general public, industry or other professional audience, and often with no transactional engagement such as ticket or product sales. We manage a wide portfolio of digital products and services in support of our varied remit, some built by in-house teams and some provided by third parties. We use a number of software systems to report - internally, to partners and to funding bodies - on aspects of online performance, including website and app traffic, digital marketing activity and transactional and customer data. We are seeking a partner who can offer support and expert guidance in a number of areas: 1. Maintaining accurate data on Universal Analytics 2. Training in and support of our Google Analytics products. 3. Dashboards, reports and analysis. 4. Expert guidance in tracking digital activity.
