Tender description

We are setting up this supplier in order to make a grant payment to them. As part of the council’s Warm Homes project, funded by the National Grid’s Warm Homes Fund, we will be providing the supplier with £2160 per property for a housing block of up to 21 properties. The grant must be spent towards the cost of a new gas central heating system for the household (radiators and boiler). The Supplier will be required to cover the rest of the cost of the works. We are providing this as a grant payment only. Details of this are outlined in the Grant Agreement, drawn up by the council’s Legal team. This will be signed once the feasibility work is completed and both the council and supplier are happy to go ahead
