<p>Trafford Council are looking to provide a short term contract for someone to complete a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) for Domestic Abuse and co-write the Domestic Abuse Strategy, which will provide recommendations and priorities and inform future policies and commissioning decisions.
