The Provision of Electronic Transaction Payment Services for the North and West Northamptonshire Unitary Councils

Tender description

A procurement exercise was undertaken to select one (1) external supplier to provide Electronic Transaction Payment Services (Pay 360 Software Support and maintenance) by Daventry District Council on behalf of the North and West Northamptonshire Unitary Councils to use respectively from 1 April 2021. The Income Management Systems across the councils control the income received, facilitate collection of credit and debit card payments and ensure distribution to customer accounts and finance systems. It is essential that access to these is maintained whilst North and West Northamptonshire undertake the processes to fully understand their ongoing requirements and implement replacement systems across their organisations. To ensure access to the Capita Pay360 system for Daventry, East Northants, Kettering, South Northants and Wellingborough through to 1/4/2023 (plus 1-year extension should it be required) to allow time for new Income Management Systems to be specified, procured and implemented for North and West Northamptonshire Councils.
