Ervia will undertake a competitive tender process for market intelligence services that are required in terms of IT industry in general and also Utilities in particular. The objective is to be able to have swift access to information that is both current and future looking and provides both a technical and practical viewpoint and outlines industry trends and best practice. Ervia will undertake a competitive tender process for Market Intelligence services that are required in terms of IT industry in general and also Utilities in particular. The objective is to be able to have swift access to information that is both current and future looking and provides both a technical and practical viewpoint and outlines industry trends and best practice. The service will include: — access to insights on technology and industry trends, — access to one-on-one analyst calls (i.e. subject matter experts in a given IT subject), — benchmarking of IT costs and other key IT metrics, — conference attendance – relevant IT topics, — attendance at locally hosted events (Dublin/Cork) or direct meetings with visiting analysts, — networking – calls/meeting with clients of the selected provider on a particular topic of common interest, — review and feedback on documentation, — strategic advice and planning, — briefing sessions from industry specialists, — maturity assessments, — contract optimization, — ancillary services (e.g. webinars, podcasts and conferences). Upon completion of the Tender Process and at the point of contract execution, Ervia wish to enter into individual contracts for each separate entity, Irish Water, Ervia and GNI.
