THIS IS A SOFT MARKET TESTING EXERCISE. j. For the avoidance of doubt, this soft market testing exercise is an exploratory exercise to determine feasibility and not a call for competition. The Council wishes to hear from organisations willing to share information about Waste treatment and disposal services, particularly within the areas detailed in the SMT Questions document, available once your organisation has registered on this etendering sytem and downloaded the documents This is to assist the Councils in: • Gauge the likely level of interest in the proposed project. • Gain a better understanding of the market preferred solutions. • Help determine the most effective method of procurement. • Understand the preferred option to facilitate the scope and package of the proposed future procurement opportunity.
