Social Media Management and Monitoring

Tender description

Ofqual requires a service or services to manage its social media presence and to monitor social media traffic to keep abreast of current topics of interest to the organisation. Our scoring will be split into core requirements and additional desired requirements. Core requirements must be met and there are additional points awarded for meeting desired requirements. While the requirements are split into 2 separate sections for management and monitoring, and we will consider 2 separate solutions, we would prefer a single solution that encompasses all requirements, and the scoring will reflect that. Therefore, the tender will be split into 3 lots; a) Social Media Management. Managing Ofqual's multiple social media accounts with the ability to publish, schedule and share content from one place. In addition, this would include analysing content that is posted, engaging with, and responding to followers and wider audiences on the relevant social media platforms. b) Social Media Monitoring. Monitoring, tracking and analysing all mentions of Ofqual on social media platforms and in online forms, in addition to any other key words or subjects specified. c) Combined services Tenderers may bid for any or all of the 3 lots advertised, although preference will be given to those able to supply a fully combined service. We may choose to not procure any part of this tender should we feel that none of the tools meet our needs.
