Sexual Health Services for Wirral residents that choose to access services from outside the Wirral area. Local Authorities have a legal duty to commission open access sexual health services for provision of contraception and treatment of STIs. This means that Wirral residents have a legal right to access sexual health services anywhere in England and the service provider would then invoice Wirral Council for the cost of that service.
