Tender description

Tollbar MAT is a family of academies in north-east Lincolnshire. With 3 primary academies, 4 secondary academies and a sixth form college within a close local area. The Trust are tendering their catering services, with a new contract starting in January 2022. The academies are being bid as one Lot and the Trust wish to appoint one bidder to manage the services. Lot 1: Tollbar MAT are tendering their 7 academes and 1 sixth form college. The Trust has enjoyed a high standard of catering and are tendering as the current contract is coming to an end in December 2021. The Trust are looking for a high standard of catering that maximises uptake and delivers a commercially robust financial model. A focus on local suppliers, strong environmental policies, innovate dishes and an inclusive offer for every student is essential for any bidder to progress to the tender stage.
