<p>The independent Homelessness Strategic Board published the first Jersey Homelessness Strategy in January 2021. The strategy has been developed collaboratively by individuals and organisations involved in homeless service provision, including public agencies, voluntary and community organisations and housing providers. The vision of the strategy is to end homelessness in Jersey and sets out the actions necessary to achieve this. The overall aim is to provide tailored housing and support and to prevent repeat incidences of homelessness and disengagement from services. This will also reduce reliance upon acute and emergency provision and improve outcomes for health and criminal justice partners.</p> Keywords: Consultancy
