Longford seeks tenders for the following two lots: LOT 1 - SITE WORKS FOR PROPOSED GLAMPING PODS LOT 2 - PROVIDE 3 No. GLAMPING PODS & HOT TUB AS SPECIFIED This contract is split into two separate lots. Suppliers may quote for one or both lots. Each lot will be evaluated separately and therefore suppliers MUST submit for each LOT being tendered the below DOCUMENTS SEPARATELY: • Completed & signed Works Declaration LEADER [WDL] PER LOT • Completed & signed Volume B Form of Tender [FTS6] PER LOT • Completed and signed RELEVANT LOT Volume C Pricing Document • For LOT 2 Suppliers must submit, with their tender, visuals for proposed pods which must clearly show proposals meet IN FULL the specification as outlined as per document “Lot 02_Works Specification_Glamping Pods.docx“ Failure to submit required documents as listed will deem quotes invalid Please refer to all tender documents provided This contract is subject to funding
