Tender description

The contractor will provide Service and Repair to Fire Equipment, including call out cover, 24 hours a day, and 365 days per year. The servicing to the equipment is required to be in line with Manufacturers Instruction and respective British Standards. Appropriate third-party accreditation and BAFE Registration is essential. The equipment covered under this Scope of Service is as follows: •Service & Repair to Fire Equipment oFire Alarm Systems oEmergency Lighting oAutomatic Opening Vents (AOV) oDry Risers oSprinkler Systems oFire Extinguishers – Provision and Maintenance oFire Shutters Lot 1: The procurement approach will be an open market tender, with an SQ, ITT, and Evaluation based on tender responses to the tender documentation, scope, and questions. Tender evaluation criteria as follows: Quality 60% Price 40%.
