Floating support to individuals who have been street homeless or threatened with street homelessness, now accommodated across Torbay. The provision of support to 15 individuals located in separate units of accommodation dispersed across Torbay. These individuals have been street homeless or threatened with street homelessness and have now been accommodated in ‘move on’ accommodation funded by the Next Steps Accommodation programme (NSAP) from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG).
