Liverpool City Council’s Occupational Health Unit (LCCOH), under health & safety and equalities legislation and in accordance with the Council’s Attendance Policy and Procedure delivers services such as; statutory health surveillance and screening, new employee assessments, management referral assessments, assessments to assist in the management of sickness absenteeism and recommendations for ill-health retirement, recommendations for deferred benefits for ex-employees In order to deliver these services, LCC and LCCOH require the services of suitably qualified and experienced personnel. The purpose of this initiative is to procure OHP and OHA elements of the LCCOH service together, review the services currently provided and create a Framework for a maximum of 2 suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers who are able to perform the Services required in order for LCCOH to deliver the full suite of OHP and OHA Services to its users
