Tender description

The Museum and Galleries service is diverse with specialist requirements that include traded goods and services associated to meet income targets in our visitor attractions. This results in a wide range of purchases made on a day to day basis, many of which are for small amounts. It is therefore proposed that applying specific criteria with a suitable spend threshold that compliance with corporate procedure rules in these circumstances can be demonstrated. This record replaces the existing low value waiver record DN469361– which expired on 31st March 2021 .
