Tender description

We are seeking a single design team or consortium as lead consultants to contract and work with, to act as a design and build contractor that will deliver a scheme right through to handover. The team will need to have experience of working on heritage projects, place making and storytelling, and be as inspired by this iconic site as we are. We are looking for a creative approach in line with the brand values of Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings. As per project brief.
