Tender description
Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS FT currently provides Mental Health Supported Accommodation services by way of subcontracts with third party suppliers.The services required fall within schedule 3 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (SI 2015/102) and therefore are not bound by all of its requirements. The COVID-19 Pandemic has placed unforeseen, extraordinary pressures on health and social care services, together with service users in lockdown restrictions. This has meant it has been unable to implement the new commissioning model. This direct award ensures the best interests and the well being of the Service Users are protected.
