Leighton House Catering Contract - Early Market Engagement

Leighton House is available for hire in the evenings every day except on Sundays. The house can be hired for dinners, drinks receptions, concerts and meetings. Catered events are always dinners and receptions. We are in the process of reviewing how this service is set up and services this venue. We would like to hear from potentially interested suppliers to gain their input and insight into the structure of this service Additional information: The creation of a café in the new building gives us the opportunity to explore a new model with a catering partner. We are interested in discussing how a caterer might run the café whilst taking on the exclusive rights to cater all evening hire events. It is important that any prospective caterer have experience in running a high quality cafe, preferably in a visitor attraction, ideally in an arts or heritage environment, whilst also having experience of running high end events for both corporate clients and high net worth individuals.
