Kitchen Replacement Contract

Supply and installation of fitted kitchens We are looking to carry out a kitchen replacement programme for our stock to supply and install new fitted kitchens into occupied properties. The number of properties involved in the first year are approx 56no. This may increase to approx 114no. The above scope is indicative only and the estimated values may increase or decrease. Caledonia Housing Association will not be held liable for any alteration to the scope of the project. The contract is to be let on a 2 year basis with the option for a further 1 year addition. The following 2 years the numbers involved are approx 100no. per year. The works will involve surveys of existing kitchens, preparation of plans, installation of new kitchen with all associated works and decor and floor coverings. Consideration should be given to Covid 19 and any implications/restrictions this may cause and work is to be carried out within the guidance of the Scottish Government.
