Highways Infrastructure Asset Management System (Managed Service)

MARKET ENGAGEMENT London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is looking to undertake a market engagement exercise for a supplier hosted and supported asset management system covering our assets in the public realm (Highways, Parks, Waste, etc). In addition to enabling us to manage our infrastructure assets and coordinate our activities around this (e.g. maintenance and scheduling) the system will also help us to manage stakeholder communications, enable mobile working and enable the development of smart city capabilities. As part of the market research, H&F would like to invite market operators to present their solution (system demo) and/or answer to the market engagement questionnaire posted on www.capitalEsourcing.com. If you would like to express interest to present your system to the Council for market research purposes, please express your interest until 17/03/2021 to procurement@lbhf.gov.uk. Alternatively, please submit the answers to the market engagement questionnaire to procurement@lbhf.gov.uk. We endeavour to finalise the market engagement exercise by 31/03/2021. Please be advised the market engagement responses (system demo nor the answers to the questionnaire) will not be taken into account and will not have any bearing on the procurement exercise that may follow this market engagement exercise.
