The provision of inpatient and outpatient healthcare services and hospital capacity as part of the continued response to the Covid-19 Pandemic in England. In 2020, under OJEU reference 2020/S 202-492264, the contracting authority competitively procured a Framework Agreement of providers to deliver NHS inpatient and day case services, urgent elective care and cancer treatment in line with nationally set criteria and NHS Diagnostic Services (the ‘Framework Procurement’). The contracting authority is in the process of entering into the Framework Agreements with the successful providers in the framework procurement. The contracts covered by this contract award notice are short term awards for 3 months to enable NHS commissioners across England to make arrangements for the transition to new arrangements under the framework agreement.
