Tender description

Essex County Council are seeking to procure a framework of providers of care services within supported living services for all new placements made. This framework operates on a fixed cost basis so tenders will be assessed on a 100 % quality basis. Tenderers are required to submit bids via Proactis and procurement documents are available electronically at the link included within this notice. This procurement is for the delivery of care services within supported living settings brought forward by the provider. This will cover all new placements made by the Council into supported living services and transition existing placements onto the new contract terms.
