Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn ceisio caffael contractwr cymwys addas i gyflenwi a gosod cynlluniau isadeiledd gwyrdd mewn nifer o leoliadau o fewn Canol Tref Y Rhyl. Bwriad y cynlluniau, a fydd yn cynnwys plannu coed, gwrychoedd, plannu gwlâu a dolydd blodau gwyllt, fydd i wella ymddangosiad Canol Y Dref, i gyfoethogi bioamrywiaeth i greu rhwydweithiau ecolegol o’r dref i’r adnoddau naturiol ar yr ymylon. Mae’r Cyngor yn awyddus i ddangos cynlluniau plannu trefol sy’n gallu dangos apêl weledol a bioamrywiaeth, gyda’r bwriad o fabwysiadu’r dull hwn ar gyfer mentrau gwyrdd yn y dyfodol. Denbighshire County Council is seeking to procure a suitably qualified contractor to supply and install green infrastructure schemes at several locations within Rhyl Town Centre. The schemes, which include tree planting, hedging, planted beds and wild flower meadows, are intended to improve the appearance of the Town Centre, and enrich the biodiversity to create ecological networks from the town to the natural resources on the fringe. The Council is keen to showcase urban planting schemes that can deliver on visual appeal and biodiversity, with a view to adopting this approach for future green initiatives.
