Portsmouth City Council are seeking hardware maintenance quotes for a range of Fujitsu scanners. Details of the scanners can be found in the attached pdf document entitled 'Scanner information'. Proposed requirements and SLA response are as follows; Scanning and Indexing Services; Models 1 x Fi6770 & 1 x FI5900C Preventive Maintenance Service plan Service Response Break / Fix Same day response / 8hr Fix (next working business day) Rental or lease option if device is beyond economical repair Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Parts and Labour Consumable items excluded Housing Offices, Housing Options and Enquiry Services; Models 14 x fi6240, 2 x fi7270 Service Response Break / Fix Same Day response / 48 hr fix Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Parts and Labour Rental or lease option if device is beyond economical repair Consumable items excluded Quotes for 1yr, 3yr and 5yrs are requested. The contract start date will be Monday 16th August 2021 Please ensure the quote is valid for 30 days, and is a quote exclusive of VAT.
