Tender description

The Contract is to provide Aberdeenshire Council with Construction Design Services split into 7 lots: Lot 1 — Architecture and Associated Services; Lot 2 — Building Surveying Services; Lot 3 — Clerk of Works Services; Lot 4 — Mechanical and Electrical with Associated Services; Lot 5 — Quantity Surveying and Project Management Services with Associated Services; Lot 6 — Structural and Civil Engineering with Associated Services; Lot 7 — Landscape Architecture, Ecology and Biodiversity with Associated Services. Please note this framework is open to all other pubic bodies but it is envisaged the only other key users will be Aberdeen City Council and The Highland Council. This Lot is for the provision of Architectural and associated services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio. This lot is for the provision of building surveying services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio. This lot is for the provision of Clerk of Works services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio. This lot is for the provision of mechanical and electrical building services design and associated services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing Aberdeenshire Council buildings and the construction of new Aberdeenshire Council buildings. This lot is for the provision of quantity surveying and project management services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio. This lot is for the provision of structural and civil engineering and associated services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties, and new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio. This lot is for the provision of landscape architecture, ecology and Biodiversity, and associated services for the alteration and refurbishment of existing properties and the construction of new build properties within the Aberdeenshire property portfolio.
