Tender description
RTÉ Property & Services is seeking the services of suitably qualified parties to provide Architectural, Engineering (Structural, Building Services, Electrical etc), Project Management and Quantity Surveying. The services required shall cover the provision of design of new, assessment of existing and repurposing of the RTÉ buildings, infrastructure and asset management on an ongoing basis and any other related activities. The estimated spend is based over the 7 year term of the framework and not an annual spend estimate.
