Tender description
<p>TfL and the operators want to improve engagement with health promotion initiatives and uptake of preventive interventions to reduce the risk of diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and cardiovascular disease as well addressing known issues around wellbeing and fatigue for drivers.</p> <p>We are keen to find innovative solutions which can prevent incidents of driver fatigue on the London bus network and/or improve driver’s health and wellbeing.</p> <p>Innovative solutions should focus on addressing fatigue and the wellbeing of the driver prior to the driver starting on their route. We prefer solutions that are not dependant on changes to the vehicle.</p> <p>The successful innovators will be working alongside our bus operators following the completion of a successful competitive application process. Trials will enable Innovators to refine their Solution and prove its efficacy in the real world.
