Tender description

Award of supply, delivery and commissioning of XRF equipment The University of Strathclyde has procured an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF). The equipment will be used for analytical non-destructive techniques that can be used to determine the chemical composition of a wide variety of solid and liquid samples. The equipment is able to provide rapid data without laborious sample and standards preparation and it is widely applicable across many diverse industries. This instrument will be basically used for research and, depending on the availability, services to third parties.
