The Ardrishaig North Public Realm Works aims to improve the public realm and water front area of Ardrishaig and focus on making environmental improvements and improving the landscaping between the public halls and the Boat Club. The outline business case for the project identifies its main objectives are: - To improve the public realm of Chalmers Street to create an attractive environment which encourages people to stop and provides an attractive environment in which businesses can operate. - To provide additional seating areas and landscaping to encourage people to visit the waterfront and spend time in this area. - Enhanced walking and cycling facilities to provide a safer environment for those travelling by these means.
