Tender description
Invitation to Tender for Architectural Consultancy Services for Additional Accommodation project at St. Catherine’s National School Rush. The project consists of the construction of a 2 Classroom Special Educational Needs (SEN) Base (439m2 including walls and circulation) and the temporary installation of 1 x 100m2 Prefab Rental from September 2021 for two years. This is a type 1 Project with an approximate level of grant of €1 million. Accommodation to be delivered to standards set out in Department of Education and Skills Primary School 2 Class Schedule of Accommodation SEN Base dated 16 November 2018. The project is to be delivered in accordance with Technical Guidance Document TGD-007 Design Team Procedures for Small Works 6th Edition published in September 2018.
