Tender description

The project seeks to carry out a refurbishment of St Andrew's Hall, the biggest and best known of the venues in The Halls complex. The last major refurbishment was carried out in c1980, although maintenance and replacement of some seating has happened since then, a full-scale holistic approach to the furniture in the main hall has not happened since then.
