Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council (hereinafter referred to as The Council) are seeking a construction contractor to undertake the design and build of a new bereavement complex at The Lawn Cemetery in Hatfield.Working with specialist suppliers, this unique opportunity will be to develop the planning drawings and construct and commission the facility, which will include demolition of the existing buildings, provision of a new chapel, crematory, ancillary offices and workshops as well as new landscaping, car parking and associated external works.
