Consultancy Services to deliver annual valuation services for Offshore Wind Portfolio of Crown Estate Scotland Crown Estate Scotland is seeking to appoint a RICS qualified valuer to undertake the annual Independent Valuation of the Crown Estate Scotland Offshore Wind Portfolio. The initial appointment will be for the FY2020/21 valuation, with the option to extend by up to three more years, one year at a time. Crown Estate Scotland plays a critical role in the development of offshore wind. As well as awarding and managing leases we support developers through pre-planning and consenting to construction, and work with industry to tackle environmental and technical issues, reduce costs and build investor confidence. We are currently working on a new round of offshore wind leasing in Scotland. Crown Estate Scotland existing Offshore Wind Portfolio comprises a number of discrete offshore wind projects at various stages of development.
