Upgrade and Maintenance Works of Aras Phobail an Fháirche, Clonbur, Co. Galway Works include: 1. Removal and disposal of asbestos roof sheeting by licensed specialist subcontractor. 2. Complete reroofing with insulated panels including all gutters downpipes flashings. 3. Provision of external wall insulation system including plaster finish. 4. Replacement of all external windows and doors. 5. New external footpaths, access ramps and guardrails. 6. Upgrade of existing play area.
