The development of a district-wide mobile phone application

North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) is developing ideas to help move the district into the Covid-19 recovery phase. The health of our communities, and the economies of the four main town centres in the district, are seen as central to this recovery. One proposal being considered is the roll out of a district-wide, free to use, mobile phone application, which will serve a number of purposes, as set out below. Additional information: The Authority is using the In-tend e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ("the e-Tendering Portal").
