Tender description

North Star is looking to procure a developer to fulfil the requirements of the proposed Tanfield Road Development. The development involves the demolition of the existing site which is currently a garden centre and the construction of 17 bungalows, 2 of which are to be adapted for wheelchair access. The project is due to commence in June / July 2021 and last for approx. 12 months.
