SOCIAL MEDIA, PR AND COMMUNICATIONS FOR THE ENGLISH MARKET CORK

Tender description

Cork City Council, as custodians of the English market and it’s brand, wishes to commission a provider for a two year contract to work with traders, Aramark, City Council and other key stakeholders to develop an effective overarching communication strategy for the English Market that aims to: - - grow its customer base and attract new customers; - further strengthen it’s brand and reputation for local, Irish, fresh and high quality produce. Underpinning this overarching strategy, to lead the implementation of specific actions/plans, including: - - Identify and develop a clear, strong digital/social media identity and presence for the English Market. - Deliver public relations, communications, events and marketing. - Identify and develop other communications solutions, events and other initiatives, that will assist in marketing the English Market to a broader customer base. - Build internal communications within the market. - Make recommendations in relation to advertising and paid promotional activity. - Provide ongoing media monitoring and a monthly report which measures the outcomes achieved throughout the duration of the contract.
