Single Party Framework for the provision of consultancy services of a Project Manager for the planning and production of the Wexford Children’s Opera 2021/22 on behalf of Music Generation Wexford

Waterford and Wexford Education and Training Board WWETB) (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the appointment to a Single Supplier Framework Agreement for the Provision of consultancy services of a Project Manager for the production and development of the Wexford Children’s Opera ( 2021/22) as outlined in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Services”). The purpose of this tender is to secure the consultancy services of a project manager to work with Music Generation Wexford on the planning, process, production and outcomes of a new Wexford Children’s Opera during 2021/2022. Reporting to the Music Generation Wexford Development Officer, the project manager will be developing a project plan in collaboration with key stakeholders, organising and promoting the project in the context of the Music Generation Wexford’s performance music education programmes. Music Generation Wexford also works closely with Music Generation Waterford through their mutual programmes and during 2021/22 there may be some cross over in relation to the development of opera experiences with children. Aim: To produce a children’s opera with children from the High Street Opera Shop and an open call, unique to Wexford, in partnership with the Wexford Festival Opera in 2021/22
