Request For EOI - SP42-20 & IFP157-20 Agency Support Package Within The Home & Respite Foster Care

<p>Sefton Council are inviting Expressions of interest for two services:- IFP157-20 EOI - Agency Respite Foster Care SP42-20 EOI - Agency Support Package within the Home Provider to support a child with a disability who requires support within the home and regular respite. C has significant learning disabilities, epilepsy, a visual impairment, limited mobility and limited verbal communication. C has not had a seizure in over 12 months. C is a happy young boy who enjoys the swing and rocking activities (Vestibular and proprioception). He specifically likes singing along to nursery songs on his iPad or TV. He likes playing with books (turning pages or flipping the flaps) and cause and effect toys. C has a strong bond with his Nan and Great nan. This is observed through his smile and eagerness to be comforted or engaged by them.</p> Keywords: Foster Care, Support Package, Respite
