Refresh of the Youth Engagement and Progression Framework: Consultation

Tender description

The contract is to consult with stakeholders to obtain their views on the Youth Engagement and Progression Framework (YEPF). Stakeholders will include Welsh Government policy leads, external stakeholders and young people. Stakeholders’ views should then be summarised in a bilingual report, for the Client to consider as part of the Client’s refresh of the YEPF. The report will be published by the Client. This requirement will be met by • arranging online consultation workshops; • developing bespoke bilingual consultation materials to use at the online workshops, and facilitating discussions at the workshops; • developing appropriate approaches to consult with young people; and • using the feedback gathered from the consultation to produce a bilingual summary report.
