Repair of Thermo Fisher Scientific Orbitrap Fusion high-resolution mass spectrometer, and annual preventative maintenance service contract to the Thermo Fisher Scientific liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry system of which the Orbitrap Fusion is a part. Single Tender Action awarded on grounds that: - The proposed supplier is the only one known to possess unique or specialised skills or articles, or which are unobtainable from any other source - The supplier has proprietary rights - Using a supplier other than the original supplier of the equipment would render any warranty invalid, and the equipment is so specialised that anyone other than the original supplier carrying out maintenance could raise safety issues.
