Tender description
Wirral Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of a prevention and early intervention focused counselling service for young people who are experiencing mild to moderate emotional wellbeing problems. Young people will access the service via school referral and will be assessed for mental health and wellbeing needs on initial access. Schools will determine which pupils are referred. The service will operate on-site during term time with additional provision in the school holidays
