This opportunity related to a framework for the supply and delivery of heating, ventilation and plumbing materials. The Council was looking for a supplier who could provide an agreed range of heating, ventilation and plumbing materials. The successful supplier had to be able to offer all of the materials listed, as well as the following collection/delivery options: — holding a stock of items that will be available for collection as and when required, — delivery direct to Council operatives at their actual workplace within Cardiff’s boundaries, i.e. kerbside and specific site delivery.
