Tender description

The instruments platform to be purchased should consist of up to 2 microscopic setups. One high end confocal laser scanning microscope capable of super resolution imaging (A) and a laser capture microdissection setup capable of automated identification and isolation single objects from tissue sections as well as living cells for sequencing or further culture which is also equipped for live cell time lapse fluorescence imaging (B). Both instruments should allow an easy transfer of the sample from one to the other with automated retrieval of the objects of interest.
